About the Bunnahabhain distillery
Bunnahabhain has distilled on the Sound of Islay since 1881 and breaks the island mould: its house style is largely unpeated, leaning on sherry casks for a rich, nutty, coastal malt. Owned by Distell (now Heineken Beverages), its collectible interest comes from the older age statements — the 18, 25 and 40 — plus Feis Ile bottlings and cask-strength limited editions.
