Customers might ask for full refund in 30 days after their purchase and they will get it. (In some specific cases the refund window might be up to 60 or 90 days, too.)
We hold the right to remove any customer from any community, course curriculum, product access, etc. — without reasoning. In this case the customer will get a refund.
A few (but not all) reasons for removing a customer might be, for example:
- customer shows a disrespectful or offensive behaviour (with us or with fellow community members on the forum, etc.)
- customer breaches the Terms & Conditions
- based on the judgement of the website’s owner the available materials is not the right fit for the customers
- etc.
In all these cases the customer will be removed from the course and get a refund.
10. Age restrictions
Whiskyreturns.com provides information about the secondary whisky market and about whisky as an investments. We do not sell any alcoholic products and we do not encourage anyone drinking alcoholic products.
The website visitor (and the newsletter subscriber) must be of legal drinking age in its country of residence.
