Ardbeg Whisky Prices & Investment Data
Ardbeg is one of the most actively traded Islay distilleries on the whisky secondary market — its Committee Releases and Feis Ile bottlings in particular change hands at auction week in, week out. We track 29 Ardbeg bottlings with real auction data: average hammer prices, annualized returns, liquidity and transaction volume, refreshed monthly from four UK whisky auction houses.

About the Ardbeg distillery
Ardbeg has distilled on Islay’s south coast since 1815, and its heavily peated single malt is among the smokiest in Scotch whisky — a maritime, tarry intensity balanced by an underlying sweetness that keeps it drinkable rather than austere. Now owned by The Glenmorangie Company (LVMH), Ardbeg built a cult following through the “Ardbeg Committee” and its annual Feis Ile “Ardbeg Day” releases, which sell out on release and routinely resurface at a premium at auction — part of why the brand generates such a steady stream of secondary-market data.
